Last night I went into a cooking frenzy. I made this yummy Butternut Squash Risotto, which I will brag was pretty damn good for my first attempt at risotto. It combines the sweet and savory flavors of vanilla and onions and looks like this:

 

 

Another adventure took place last night when I decided to wash Bear. Unfortunately, this ended up having to take place outside in the cold with the even colder hose water because SOMEBODY was afraid to jump in the shower.

However, on the upside, I had less qualms about Bear snuggling on our bed because he is now less stinky than usual.

 

Today in a sudden fit of fearlessness I decided to wear the purple eyeshadow I never wear, to work. You can't really tell from the weird bathroom lighting, but here it is. Please excuse the accidental graphic trouty mouth....it works when the supermodels do it.
